Here it is October already! I think it is obvious that for me, this has been a long, interesting, and challenging year so far. I didn't plan it that way…it just happened. It is going on seven months since I experienced the double compound fracture on my leg. On the day of the accident (February 28), I encouraged myself that I would be up and walking within eight weeks! Hmm…now you know I'm a true blonde!

Due to the advance calendar planning that churches do, I usually have to call and book about six months to one year ahead of time in order to be included on a church's schedule. When talking to the pastor of a given church, I always describe what our ministry is all about.
